After moving back from china i notice americans have habits of throwing bags on the floor in restaurants the subways and i expect they may do this in bathrooms too. If it s looking wet roll your pants up. Don t do that in a public chinese toilet. Don t lay your bags on the floor.

A floor may be wet from accidents or from toilet staff who have the job of continuously mopping bathrooms clean but either way this will help a person avoid getting their trousers wet. Plus some washrooms in china can be rather wet. Such a toilet pan is also called a squatting pan.
