Change Room Settings Sonos

I get that i can change the name of the room but i can t pair it with an existing group. If you move your speaker to a new room you can change its name in your room s settings. It used to be you could hit settings room settings then have the option to update surround settings bass and audio settings etc. Sonos products ship with preset equalization settings.

If you go into the sonos app s settings menu then choose room settings you can select the room in question. You can change the sound settings bass treble balance or loudness to suit your personal preferences. I m not able to find that anywhere. Then click the room name option and you ll be able to change the room s name.

I chose the room as described but nothing happened that would lead to changing the name. You can set up speakers around your home but what if you move speakers from one room to the other. There s a status light on each product. I moved my sonos speakers around and room settings is no longer present in the app.

Tap on room name pick living room from the drop down you can also edit in a custom name. How do i change the name of the room. In the sonos app ios i m not able to find how to change the sound settings in the app. Sonos is a wireless home sound system.
